  • If the online system is not used, then applicable forms must be filled out and filed with the State of New Jersey at the above mailing address.
  • Forms: All forms are available at: New Jersey Business Forms.
  • Fees: A fee of $125.00 for all profit businesses (domestic and foreign) and $75.00 for all non-profits must be submitted at the time of filing.
